Saturday - Day 365
"The Cameras"
We have enjoyed this year of daily pictures together and thought we would honor the devices that took them for us all year. The Kodak is now resting in peace, but we took it's picture anyway, poor thing. I guess we wore it out. Katie and I hope you have a great 2012, but don't look for a daily pic from us. We accomplished our goal of 365 this year and that was plenty!

Thursday - Day 363
"Beauty Shop"
Katie wanted layers today...so I turned the living room into a Beauty Parlor. Don't worry, I watched a Youtube video first! ha ha ha ha
Wednesday - Day 362
"Headbands"
Katie has been making and now selling these headbands. She sold one today along with some musical note earrings she designed.
Tuesday - Day 361
"Guitar"
Wyatt got a guitar for Christmas. His music teacher got on to him for not practicing...so guess what I get to listen to at night before bed?

Monday - Day 360
"Last Monday of 2011"
So, here we are. The last week of this blog. We spent our Monday after Christmas putting the house in order. Mark made us some Churrasco.
Rory slept...as usual
And I took all the decorations down, cleaned the house and ....
Drank a LOT of coffee from my new cups that I got for Christmas!
Sunday - Day 359
"Christmas Day"
We spent today with Pedro and Marlene's Family. Mark was able to give the Gospel and magnify the person of Honor, Jesus Christ.
Saturday - Day 358

We've been back for 6 months today! This is a picture of our Christmas Eve service we held tonight in the garage.

About a hundred birds stay and sing in this tree all day....and it's right outside my bedroom window. God is perfect in ALL that He does!

"Mariachi"
So, an Argentinian man and his wife opened a Mexican restaurant here in Lages. Mark made a reservation for us tonight and we got serenaded by a Mariachi group.
Wednesday - Day 355
"Buddies"
I took Katie and her best friend, Raphaella, downtown after school today to have lunch and shop a little.

"Sleepover"
Amelia and her friend Scarlett (Mel) had a sleepover at our house today. As a mom, I am thankful for God taking care of my children so graciously.
Monday - Day 253

We found these Passion Fruit flowers as we parked downtown to do some Christmas shopping. Aren't they gorgeous?

We are in Summer right now, but today out of nowhere a hail storm blew up. We kind of felt bad for the cars in the street...
